EXECUTIVE TEAM
Our leadership combines international expertise with practical, locally embedded implementation—bringing global standards into real-world systems.
Each initiative is evidence-based and designed for long-term sustainability, shaped by the needs and context of the communities we serve.

Scott J. Wong is Executive Director of Fondation Rolf Schnyder, a Swiss foundation advancing equitable access to digital literacy, child safeguarding, community wellbeing, and sustainable systems development.
With over 25 years of experience in educational design and delivery, he specialises in integrating established international frameworks into national education and community systems—enabling programmes to be locally owned and sustained over time.
He leads the Foundation’s international implementation portfolio, with Malaysia serving as a principal country of delivery. There, he has developed and overseen three government-aligned initiatives:
- the award-winning Digital Technologies Seniors Programme (DTSP), in collaboration with Swinburne University of Technology
- ChildSafe Malaysia
- KIDS: Bits & Bytes, a statewide early computational thinking and early AI awareness curriculum adopted within Sarawak’s public preschool system
His work draws on global standards, including Code.org and CSTA frameworks, applied within national systems.
Scott is a contributing author of Chapter 9, “Responsible and Equitable Use of AI in Educational Settings,” in The Practitioner’s Guide to Technology-Enhanced Learning, and serves as the Foundation’s liaison with international partners.
