Malaysia – ChildSafE™

ChildSafe Malaysia is a child safeguarding initiative supported by Fondation Rolf Schnyder. It helps schools, educators, parents and local communities recognise risk early and respond in a practical, consistent way.

The Foundation’s role is to support training and locally embedded protection work, rather than to operate as a standalone rescue service. The aim is that safeguarding knowledge stays with the people already closest to the children.

How this works

Training for educators and caregivers. ChildSafe™ provides structured training so adults working with children can recognise vulnerability, identify risk, and respond in a trauma-informed way.

Safety education for children. Age-appropriate sessions help children understand personal boundaries, recognise when something is wrong, and know how to seek help.
